Karina Gutierrez administers all aspects of Accounts Payable for the Gildred Companies. She is responsible for managing vendor invoices, ensuring correct coding and on time-payment, and maintaining vendor relationships. Karina also plays a critical role in month-end closing.

Prior to joining the Gildred Companies, Karina worked as the Accounting Director for Pacific Legacy Property Management where she gained experience in accounting and financial management. She later worked at Frank and Sons Paving/Vasquez Properties managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Karina also worked for ProTec Building Services where she honed her accounts payable skills.

Outside of work, Karina is a devoted soccer mom to her two girls and a die-hard Padres fan. She enjoys working out regularly and leading a healthy lifestyle.
