Sho Guan records all tenant payments, responds to queries regarding any questions or balances on their ledgers, and provides monthly statements and communications regarding tenant accounts. He also prepares aging reports that categorize outstanding receivables.

Prior to joining Gildred, Sho worked as an Accountant for Granite Factory Direct in San Diego where he maintained financial records, including AP and AR. He also helped with the system migration and training from QuickBooks Online to Shopify Plus. He was also responsible for financial reporting and analysis. Before his time there, he worked as a Settlement Operations Analyst for the International Air Transport Association, Singapore.

Sho is a veteran, holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on accounting and is currently pursuing his MBA. He is also bilingual, speaking both English and Mandarin fluently.

When he is not working or studying, Sho enjoys rock climbing, badminton, and is trying his hand at golf. Up next…Sho will pursue his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
