Eddie Arreguin has experience in building operations, maintenance, and electrical systems. At Gildred Companies, he plays a key role in helping to oversee the functionality, safety, and efficiency of company properties.

With a strong background in facilities management, Eddie specializes in electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs. His hands-on expertise extends to roof repair, drywall, tile installation, and large-scale renovations. In addition to his technical skills, Eddie takes a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime and optimizing building performance. Eddie has demonstrated leadership in coordinating maintenance teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Before joining the Gildred team, Eddie served as Superintendent at MC Contracting in San Diego, where he led a team of over seventy employees and managed the company’s entire portfolio. Prior to that, he was a Building Engineer at Citymark Building Services, ensuring facilities met all codes, developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, and overseeing contractors as needed.

When he’s not at work, Eddie enjoys spending quality time with his kids, parents, and loved ones. A lifelong athlete, he’s a proud baseball and softball dad, both cheering from the stands and playing the game himself. His passion for fitness keeps him active, whether he’s training, competing, or just enjoying the sport. A die-hard Padres fan, he never misses a chance to catch a game!
