The Gildred Companies Announce Partnership with Jones Lang LaSalle
Two legacy companies join forces to reimagine and reinvent signature Gildred Co properties
SAN DIEGO, CA – APRIL 28, 2021 – The Gildred Companies is pleased to announce its partnership with Jones Lang LaSalle for four of its premiere properties in San Diego’s North County area. Gildred and JLL partnered with the common goal of continuing to modernize all the projects in the portfolio through rethinking ideal spaces and usage as well as the overall vision. The projects will involve rebranding some legacy properties and renovating where it makes the most impact for tenants and visitors.
JLL will partner with The Gildred Companies on four signature properties the recently remodeled Ocean Point in Carlsbad, La Costa Meadows as well as the properties located at 2120 Las Palmas Drive and 2075 Corte Del Nogal, totaling 191,000 sf.
The most recent renovation effort owned and operated by The Gildred Companies is its Ocean Point project in Carlsbad, California. Located at 5411-5451 Avenida Encinas, it is an 82,991 square-foot office park that was formerly an attractive but plain industrial property. The renovation transformed the space into a contemporary and inviting flexible park including both industrial and creative work environments.
