Sho Guan supports both accounts receivable and leasing operations across the company’s real estate portfolio. He manages tenant billing, records and reconciles payments, responds to account inquiries, and prepares aging reports and monthly statements. In addition, he assists with lease administration by preparing and reviewing leasing documents, maintaining organized lease records, coordinating communications, and supporting transaction execution.

Before joining Gildred, Sho worked as an Accountant for Granite Factory Direct in San Diego, where he maintained financial records, including AP and AR. He also supported a system migration from QuickBooks Online to Shopify Plus, including training, and was responsible for financial reporting and analysis. Before that, he worked as a Settlement Operations Analyst for the International Air Transport Association in Singapore.

Sho is a veteran and holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on accounting, as well as his MBA. He is bilingual, speaking both English and Mandarin fluently. When he is not working, Sho enjoys rock climbing, badminton, and is trying his hand at golf. Up next… he plans to pursue his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
