Karina Gutierrez supports the Property Management team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the portfolio. She coordinates tenant communications, manages work orders, oversees unit turnovers, and maintains organized property and lease records.
Before moving into Property Management for Gildred Companies Karina was responsible for accounts payable, handling vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoices, while serving as a liaison between the Property Management and Accounting teams.
Prior to joining Gildred Companies, Karina worked as the Accounting Director for Pacific Legacy Property Management where she gained experience in accounting, financial management and property operations. She later worked at Frank and Sons Paving/Vasquez Properties managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Karina also worked for ProTec Building Services where she further developed her accounts payable expertise.
Outside of work, Karina is a devoted soccer mom to her two girls and a die-hard Padres fan. She enjoys working out regularly and leading a healthy lifestyle.
