Luis Moreno brings a background in client services and property management to his role as Property & Leasing Coordinator at Gildred Companies.

Luis supports both the Property Management and Leasing teams, managing a variety of responsibilities such as tenant communications, vendor coordination, work order management, and contract administration. On the leasing side, he supports lease generation, manages document templates, and conducts market analysis to assist with strategic leasing decisions.

Luis brings experience in both the industrial and office properties segments. Prior to joining Gildred Companies, he held roles at DirectAvenue, Unire Real Estate Group, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he gained experience in property operations, client services, and financial reporting. In addition to his California real estate license, he holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Google Data Analytics certification.

A Southern California native and fluent in both English and Spanish, Luis enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, staying active, learning new skills, and spending quality time with family and friends.
