Michael Faudoa brings a vibrant mix of experience and passion to his role as Assistant Property Manager. With a background in property management and a love for real estate, he focuses on efficiently operating and caring for Gildred Companies’ properties.

At Gildred, he collaborates with the team as a point of contact for tenants, identifying maintenance needs and engaging vendors as needed. In his role, he is part of the team responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.

Prior to joining the Gildred Team, Michael worked at Meissner Commercial Real Estate Services, contributing to the management of their diverse commercial portfolio encompassing retail, industrial, and office spaces. He holds an active California Real Estate license and worked as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty.

Michael is a California native and a graduate of San Diego State University where he received his bachelor’s degree. When not at work he loves playing his guitar (a self-taught skill) and being outdoors with his dog. Michael is also an avid golfer.
