Raed manages full-cycle accounting for Gildred’s North Portfolio, primarily focused on accounts payable. He played a key role in refining and improving master purchase order processes and has been instrumental in developing standard operating procedures for work orders. Raed works closely with the property management team, as well as contributes to annual initiatives such as 1099 preparation. He is actively involved in a project to enhance the company’s insurance compliance. Raed is responsible for monthly financial closings and has helped significantly reduce the closing timeline.

In his past, Raed held accounting and financial systems roles at Melvin Mark Brokerage Company, Neighborhood Health Center, and Milestone Systems. His experience includes leading banking transitions, implementing new accounting technologies like Yardi Elevate, and streamlining expense reimbursement processes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Portland State University and certifications in Google Data Analytics and Advanced Excel.

When he is not at work, Raed enjoys camping and hiking around Mission Trails Parks, exploring local coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time with his awesome cats Doja and Mr. Biscuits.
